Official Rules for the Healthy Habits Showdown
1. Eligibility
The Health Habits Showdown (the “Challenge”) is open exclusively to followers of Eat To Perform.
2. Challenge Overview
The Challenge is a team-based event designed to encourage community engagement and healthy habits. Participants will be assigned to one of two teams. Each team will work together to complete tasks, earn points, and achieve collective goals throughout the Challenge period.
3. Challenge Period
The Challenge will begin on 01/06/25 and end on 02/02/25. All tasks and activities must be completed and logged by 02/02/25 to count toward the Challenge.
4. How to Participate
~Current Eat To Perform members will receive an invitation to join the Challenge via email. Non members can join via Facebook link
~Teams will be assigned randomly to ensure balance and fairness.
5. Challenge Activities and Scoring
~Points will be awarded based on the completion of specific tasks or activities, which will be outlined at the start of the weekly Challenge.
~Examples of tasks may include: completing workouts, tracking meals, participating in group discussions, or logging daily goals.
~Points will be tracked and updated regularly by the Challenge administrators.
6. Winner Determination
~At the conclusion of the Challenge, the team with the highest total points will be declared the winner.
~In the event of a tie, teams will share the title of winner.
7. Prizes
There are no monetary or physical prizes for participating in or winning the Challenge. The Challenge is designed for personal growth, team camaraderie, and community building.
8. Liability Release
By participating in the Challenge, participants agree to release Eat To Perform its affiliates, and administrators from any liability related to their participation. Participants are encouraged to consult with their physician or healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
9. Not Associated with Facebook
This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants are providing their information to Eat To Perform and not to Facebook.
